Technical support

All of our equipments have a warranty depending on each client needs, some times up to 60 months after the purchase.

Any claim submitted in warranty time is attended through our specialized technical support center for LED displays, CODELSA, located in San Luis Potosí 58, Col. Roma Sur, México DF, Tel +52 (55) 55 64 21 44. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.

We also have preventive and corrective services to equipment out of warranty.

National wide service no longer than 48 hours, because we have the largest LED display technical support in Latin America.
